I do have problems. Their personnel are extremely well-trained, polite and thorough. We can't get service without tweaking it and stuff. Their personnel are absolutely wonderful. The ones that come out are all just really well-trained. I get so annoyed when the service starts having trouble on Friday night and clears up Monday morning. With the people on the phone, there have been a few times when they have been less well-trained. But, for the most part, they're easy to talk with and patient and that's needed on the phone with me with computers.
