I had a horrible experience. They sanded the dead skin off of my heal to the point that it was bleeding. I even had the on sight nurse check my heal because it would not stop the bleeding. When checking out they ended up charging me the full price. I did not want to make a scene because their were a lot of people. When I went home I called them asked to get my money back and they stated that the only way they can refund me is if I signed a waiver making them not liable for anything.
