I called 3 weeks ago and asked for an estimate. He said he was driving and would get back to me. I've followed up once and still no call.

Prompt return of initial call for estimate. Sam (owner) showed up on time and performed inspection and estimate himself. 
Explained how his team worked, when they would be able to start, how long the job would take, what they would need from the local electrical service provider and the estimated cost.
Sam called when he was having trouble getting a commitment from the local power company re. shutting off the power and returning to restart power supply. This delayed the job a week but Sam stayed in touch. 
Crew showed up on time to start the job, worked cleanly and efficiently and decided to work through lunch when they thought they were falling behind. these guys were fast, had great senses of humor, laughed a lot and genuinely enjoyed their work. 
When they were done, the power company guys were late showing up to turn on the juice so the crew took the time to recheck their work and then double check external outlets, light switches, appliances, etc with genny and meters and whatever needed to be done.
Once power was back on everything was checked once more and all is well. Even some 8' fluorescent lights thought to be blown out were working again.
They did a great job, were done ahead of schedule and came in under estimate!

Mr. Sam Davis was a professional in every way.  He arrived at the promised time for the estimate.  Arrived at the promised time to do the work.  Keep in touch when waiting on the city inspections and power company to approve the work. (Which of course passed)  Worked around my schedule to complete the work.  The quality of his work is top rate.  I would recommend this company and I have.
