When it rained, it would start to leak into our home. We had to live with a tarpe over our fireplace for almost a year. We tried to contact them several times, but they refused to come back out. They told us it was a foundation issue and dodged the entire situation. Our home is only 27 years old and there were no cracks anywhere else. It was not a foundation problem.
We had a roofer inspect it and found cracks because the mortar wasn?t on it. We had to hire a roofer and a stone mason to inspect the problems. The water got behind the stone, froze, and then cracked them. They found they used the existing chimney cap that was too small to do the job and they didnt let us know about this. They also discovered that there was no flasing installed anywhere. They didn?t flash it or put enough mortar in and left gaping holes to where water could come in. We had to spend several thousand more dollar to hire these contractors to repair the damage caused by C & C Creative Concrete. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
