An independent station worked on it, but it still wasn't corrected. I decided to go to the dealer. They spent between 1 and 2 hours diagnosing the problem. Told me what was wrong. Didn't charge me, didn't demand that I have it fixed there. Needless to say I scheduled the repair. Which was done correctly. As a result I've bought a 2011 Prius and a 2012 RAV4 since then. I always have a good experience with them.
