The movers did a great job! They packed an entire house, 3 full floors, and moved everything into our new home in a day. They were pleasant and professional.

It wasn’t a large move. The price was fine. The men worked hard and were friendly. They did damage at house I was leaving, scuffed stainless refrigerator. At the new house, I told one of the movers that they needed to be more careful- that I saw one mover dent / scratch areas. It was a whirlwind so naturally I did not follow each of the four men around, nor did I have time to inspect everything. The house I moved into suffered damage. It’s a new home- no previous owner. My quality furniture was damaged so much. Gouges, dents, scraps, grease, etc. I immediately called the company and left voice message. A man called me back and basically did nothing. He said I didn’t mention the damage to them before they left. He’s correct. I had not had time to inspect anything. Again I am first person to live in this brand new house. The house was perfect. My furniture was quality furniture and perfect. I took pictures of damage. Now I am going to have to live with these damages or buy new furniture. I have fixed some damage to doorframes here. He offered nothing. No apology, no interest, no help. I believe he didn’t care at all

Very well. They charged a rate per hour, but didn't lollygag around. They did a great job and were very responsive to our needs and requests. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

The movers showed up on time, but that was the only positive thing I can say about this company. When I contacted the company, I gave my information to the representative. I explained that we had packed most everything ourselves other than the pictures on the walls and lamps. I then went through each room of the house giving the specific furniture that was there, including the living room glass top table. I also told them that I would need some items picked up at a storage building nearby. All of this was approved an confirmed on follow-up call from the company prior to moving day. On moving day, three gentlemen came to the house. As I took them from room to room and the realized the pictures needed to be packed, they said I would have to sign a waiver because "they couldn't guarantee the items would get there undamaged". When I said I would not sign a waiver, they said they didn't know about the pictures needing to be packed. I asked if they couldn't pack them now that they knew they were there. They told me they couldn't because they hadn't brought any packing materials. A moving company that doesn't bring extra packing materials? The boss of the job, Tom, acted like it was too bad. They weren't prepared, but if I wasn't going to sign a waiver, they weren't moving it. I got on the phone with the company. The lady there said she would send cartons to box all the items...but now there was an extra charge. I agreed to the extra charge. Then I mentioned to the movers about the storage building. They said (again) no one told them about the storage building and they didn't have room on the truck for anything extra because they didn't bring a truck big enough. They would have to make two trips. I called the company again. The lady said they did know about the storage building, but they may have forgotten they were told. This did not ease my anxiety about the trustworthiness of this business. By this time, the movers had been at my home an hour and a half-being paid HOURLY, and they had not done one thing. I had to ask them get started working. I had one bedroom suit, that had been taken apart and did not include the mattress, one small dining room set with a glass top table, one living room set, three other chairs, two end tables, and the boxes that we had packed ourselves. They got to my house after 9:00 am, and they finished this move at 6:30 in the evening. On the bill, they stated they took a 30 minute lunch, but this was not true. They took an hour. When they finally had the truck packed, no thanks to Tom, who stood around telling the other two what to do rather than helping, they sat in my driveway smoking cigarettes. I drove on to my new house and had to wait another 20 minutes on them. Once they got the furniture to my new house, it took them nearly as long to get it off the truck as it did getting it packed and on the truck. They would bring in one item, then the three of them would get up in the back of the truck and it would take 10-15 minutes before they would bring more items out. The way the reeked of smoke, I assume that's what they were doing. At 5:00 pm, they called the company to run my credit card and added another hour and a half to my bill based on the estimation of how much longer it was going to take them. When bringing in one piece of furniture, they couldn't get it through the door. My husband said they may have to take the legs off the chair. They said they didn't have any way to do that. My husband had to do it himself and move the chair himself because they were unwilling to do anything extra, and they were unprepared for situations that typically come up in a move-like taking legs off of furniture. There was one piece of furniture that was an antique. They had to ask me for materials to wrap it in. They didn't have enough moving pads, and many of the ones they did have were old baby blankets and quilts. The movers made no effort to resolve any of the problems encountered during the morning. I had to do it myself. They took their time, which wouldn't be a bad thing if they were working steadily, but much of the time they were standing around waiting on one another or smoking. They came to the job ill prepared, and they didn't have even the most basic necessities required in a move. The company obviously did not have good communication (the items being moved from my home were hand-written on the back of a piece of scrap paper). And at no time did anyone at the company make an effort to try to make up for the debacle on moving day. Working for the railroad, my family and I have moved 9 times from state-to-state with large houses full of furniture, and the cost of this move was nearly half the amount of the large professional moves that have taken two days. This company is not operated in a professional manner, and I would not recommend anyone using their services. You would do as well getting two college kids with a pick-up truck.

They moving crew came on time, introduced themselves in a professional manner, did a quick walk through of the house, and promptly went to work. The crew worked efficiently and continuously until the job was complete. Very impressive.

Movers were on time and very polite. A couple small damages but considering the amount moved, a good job. Needs to view amount to be moved before moving day. They needed a third truck. I had to move 2 small pick up loads myself. Rate 95% of 100.

"the job was set up as an hourly job which the customer says in their review,but what they are not saying is that when the truck was unlaoded,the customer had the men rearranging furniture while still on the hourly charge,thus increasing the size of the bill."
