Jamie did a great job on my landscaping project. His communications were very timely, as we were faced with lots of rain, causing a little delay. I am very satisfied with my choice of hiring JR Excavating And Land Services.

First job completed a few weeks ago, I hired for a second project that starts tomorrow. If he can do it, he will. If he can not, he will explain why, or what extra it would take. Of the half dozen businesses I had show up to estimate he was not the cheapest, but he was well within fair value still while producing exactly what he promised. Anyone cheaper did not inspire the confidence in me that they were not going to cut corners. Jamie explained everything involved start to finish and was flexible enough to tolerate near twice the work as originally agreed as situations changed for me. I highly recommend JR be used with confidence by anyone that values high quality work over lipstick on a pig as I have dealt with time and again by lesser professionals in the area.

Jamie was very knowledgeable and was thorough with his work . He was one of the few home professionals I've used in the last 3 years to do what he promised to do in the timeframe he said it would take. His biggest asset is his honest assessment of what needs to be done and whether or not it is really necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend this grading company at all. He also guaranteed me he would return and make anything right if I needed him to do so.
