I live in Washington DC and have a cabin in Old Fields, WV. 1st rate responded quickly, came on the day they promised, let themselves in, repaired the leaks, locked the key back in the cabin and called me to say the work was done. The service fee for driving 30 miles to my cabin was only $35. In DC a service call by a plumber would be $75 minimum! I was really happy with the way they handled my problem.

This company  is  great -- they traveled some miles  to my rural location.  I was all prepared for their arrival = had  items removed from the  bathroom sinks  for them to be able to replace faucets,  Replacements faucets were in each bathroom and kitchen .   They went straight to work  -- First Rate Plumbing installed the faucets with little difficulty &  corrected some items to help eliminate future issues.   They even unclogged 2 bathtub drain.  Believe it or not I looking forward to having them come back in a few months to have them  remove a bathtub and just install a shower only.
