My air conditioning unit (heat pump) went out during an extreme heat wave. I called Cox's Heating Cooling. Technicians were sent to my house the next day. The technicians determined the compressor for my upstairs unit was at fault and recommended that the system be replaced. I agreed and even though it was a few days before the 4th of July, the technicians were able to acquire the specific unit needed and installed the unit promptly. The new unit cools and heats my house more effectively. I would highly recommend Cox's Heating and Cooling.
