They did not put anything underneath and put in new dry wall that had to be removed to put the mortar in. They said they would spray foam underneath that would work just as well. They were going to spray it in from the side and where the pipes access panel was. The foam would not have gone very far under. Then the non-plumber tried to put the drain pipe connection at a 10 degree angle with straight pvc connector, which doesn't work. Then he spilled purple primer over my not to old kitchen floor. It took two months to get the floor in. Said the kitchen floor was done without completing down the stairs to a landing. They did not seal the floor, put molding back, put floor transitions in. They spent 16 days here!
