They arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done and completed it. I would use them in the future.

I wasn't sure of the exact nature of the work I needed done, but they walked me through the options and we figured out which one was best. They are very responsive and quick to schedule an appointment and are very knowledgeable. They have been doing work in the area a long time and are well known and respected for their work -- in a small town, that is saying something! I highly recommend Shepherdstown Plumbing and Heating. (although bear in mind that they NO LONGER do HVAC work)
