He searched worldwide to find us the stone that fit our wants and our budget. He used his extensive network of contacts in the diamond trade to filter down a list of diamonds which would meet our hopes and desires. He then reviewed the stones and from that labor intensive work was able to filter the list of stones down to 4. He then had the stones delivered to his store for our inspection and ultimate inspection. He presented the stones and shared their strengths and weaknesses (if any) and helped guide us in our decision making process. After making our selection he shared our payment options, delivery and insurance methods and all other necessary information. He spent a great deal of time allowing us to look and think about our choice. 
his staff was warm and welcoming. They were gracious and kind. While we were there we had the opportunity to watch him and his staff interact with other customers. They treated all customers as special clients, whether they were making a purchase of a hundred dollars or thousands of dollars. you could tell the staff enjoyed their work and that it showed in how they treated their clients.
