On Jan. 2, 2012, the bathroom sink spigot burst, leaving me with a watery mess til water was cut off. I called Webb the next day along with others and chose them. They gave me estimate of $320.00 with new sink. Told them I didn't need sink. The guy in basement turned off valves to my washer, which I didn't know about til a few days later when I went to use it. Called them, they came, checked, & told me I needed new washer. Told them I had just bought that. Charged me. Then didn't have any hot water. Called them. They came, checked, & told me I needed new hot water tank. Quoted $700. I declined. They charged for visit. In meantime, on 2nd visit, someone had opened old valves to little house in back, causing $300.00 water leak. Also charged me for visit. I contacted AG's office and long story short, they didn't help. Letter they received from Webb put blame on me; saying I didn't mention water leak to them. Didn't have one til their worker turned on valves he shouldn't have touched. Also, claimed they didn't charge me for last visit, but I have invoice showing otherwise.
