They had been out a couple of times for our heater and with emergency services, and they had been very prompt about coming out. It would take 1 or 2 times to fix it on occasion but they have fixed it, and I didn't know that our heater was under warranty and they didn't charge us anything. We also had gas line problems so it may not have been all of the heater's fault. It may have been things leading up to that. They came out and fixed everything and didn't charge us anything. The pricing was very good. My husband has no complaints. They usually respond as soon as I get in touch with them. Their punctuality is very good and they are very professional. All our furnaces and air conditioners are under warranty so we would use them again.

We have a rental house which is next to our unit and he came and looked at that unit. He checked ours and he gave some pointers to my husband on how he could keep the rental house unit from having the same issue that it had the last time. He has worked for us before in the past a few years ago. He gave my husband that advice and he also looked at our AC without charging. He is very reasonable. It took him a couple of days to come out.

I have been using them for three to four years. I used them to clean the furnace, and to get ready for the winter. They cleaned it and replaced the air filter and did the usual stuff for $60. They are very polite and very clean. And whenever they come out it is usually the same person who comes and does the service. The price is pretty high everywhere.
