I have dealt with this provider several times in the past and have always been very satisfied. When my oil light came on we pulled an old receipt from the glovebox and gave them a call. We told them the we wanted the oil pump and timing belt replaced. They took the car in the same day (Tuesday) but explained that they had two large jobs in front of us and it would be the end of the week before they could get it done. On Thursday they called and asked what was going on with the car that made us want to replace the oil pump. I explained that the oil light had come on and that this model and year has a history of oil pressure problems due to poor pickup tube design. Later Thursday they called again and told me they had found a substantial water leak at the water pump and that it needed replaced also. I had not mentioned it, but knew that I had a water leak, just had not been able to find it. I authorized the additional work and was given a new estimate. The car was ready when indicated (picked it up Friday afternoon) with work completed and under estimate. Old parts were made available and work appears to have been well.
