Not well. The company was more concerned about covering themselves than trying to see if there was anything they could do to help someone who had just lost everything in a flood. The may be competent under normal conditions but not in a tough spot. The only plus is that they didn't charge us for looking at it.

Had the company come in and examine our heat pump that was not working. The technician found the problem and made a few suggestions as how we could resolve the issue at hand. He suggested a solution and an estimate for the repair. We were very pleased with the company and the work performed.
