If i could give less than one star, this business definitely deserves it. I had a loose air duct in a bedroom. He sends two young guys who show up and waste 15 to 20 minutes talking about deer hunting. They decide they dont want to go into my attic to fix the issue. So I have to suggest to his "professionals" a different method to complete the repair. They worked for all of 20 minutes and left gobs of liquid nail everywhere that I had to clean. Then Brinker sends me a bill for $125. I dispute the bill and offer to pay what i considered fair given the work done. Brinker replies with a nasty email telling me he doesnt care what i think is fair and he'll send it to collections if i dont pay. So enjoy your $125 in pennies. Dont spend it all in one place.

My air conditioning went out, Matts crew showed up within 2 hours to diagnose the issue. They replaced my unit in a timely manner with no issues while demonstrating excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them!
