Be careful of this company watch them like a hawk. We called him and told him that it started too leak in our bedroom; the water was coming in right on our ceiling fan in the middle of the night. He sent someone out to fix the shingles. When we called them and said it leaking again in a different place, he said he did us a favor by coming out to replace shingles that came off the mouth before, and that his work only had a one year warranty. We call our insurance company and that is when the insurance inspector when on the roof and found to holes about the size of a 50 cent piece, the flashing was not installed right, they took photos of the holes. They did a very bad job that caused water damage to dry wall and rot to the wood support and mold. So our insurance company called them and said it was installed wrong and they came back out after the insurance company threaten them. We still have water coming in even after the second fix. We open the ceiling up to fix the beam and drywall we saw daylight still coming through the roof. You have been warned.

It didn't go. My call for an estimate was never returned.

They answered my phone call the first time I called (which seems rare since I called 9 people, and he was the only person that answered yet alone returned my call). He came the very next day to look at my house and was very respectful and professional. He seemed honest and was helpful and informative in explaining why areas need replaced and what exactly he would do. He called me that same night with an estimate and two days later he had four other guys working on my home. They were all very nice and respectful. They shut the door so the leaves wouldn't come in and asked politely to use the bathroom and if they should take off their boots. I have always found contractors to be somewhat shady, but I felt that these guys were honest and did a great job. My house never looked so good.
