I called Mr. Adkins because I had a baby grand piano to move.  I was also moving the rest of my house and asked if he moved all contents.  He was very kind and obliging. I told him I had a refrigerator that would need to be moved as well,  and asked if that would be a problem.  He said no and included that in the price (which I later, after better research, discovered was a little high) however, I paid it because I needed to move and needed someone with experience to move the piano. After moving everything else, Mr. Adkins and his crew worked for a few minutes on my refrigerator. ( I had informed them at the beginning of the day that the doors would probably have to be taken off.  I was dismissed and told "we'll take care of that later".)  After only several minutes of attempting to get the doors off, Mr. Adkins hatefully said, :"Well this is more than I bargained for.  I don't know why you think you need one of these 'new fangled' refrigerators.  You're gonna have to call Sears!".  And that was it.  They left me there with a refrigerator and no refrigerator in  my new home.  I had to call Lowe's and pay another delivery fee the next day (Lowe's was gracious and outstanding, by the way).  I was very frustrated and will never recommend or use Mr. Adkins' service again.
