The two men who came were very professional and courteous and took great care to treat my home with respect. They checked my wood stove and offered me advice regarding the problem I was having, and they cleaned two chimneys in a reasonable amount of time. They left my fireplace, wood stove, and surrounding areas very clean and tidy. Before they left I was given an itemized bill, and everything on the bill was clearly explained to me.
I do have to say that the price was outside my budget, but I had never hired a professional chimney sweep before this, so I didn't know what to expect. However, I am still very pleased with my experience with Spike's Chimney Sweep, and I will use their service again in the future.
