 + -1 moreAfter I filed a complaint with the BBB they finally fixed the problem. They also reimbursed me for a few months of monthly charges. The monthly cost is outrageous, but they have a monopoly so I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: Provides monthly Internet service. Last year I had sporadic Internet service for months. I was treated rudely on the phone by the customer service reps.
