Description of Work: I have been using Loews, Princeton, WV for the past three years for major home renovation and am VERY satisfied with the results. Trying to locate dependable contractors in this area had proven erratic at best and their skills found NOT to be as advertised. For about 10% more on the average Loews takes over the project(s), indemnifies the customer, ensures the work is done in a timely manner, provides a $1,000,000 policy to insure the work, and DOES NOT PAY THE CONTRACTOR UNTIL I, THE CUSTOMER, SIGN OFF ON THE FINISHED PROJECT. I am NOT affiliated with Loews in any manner and this is my personal experience.
