We have called Mr. Halsey before for plumbing needs. His charges could not be more reasonable. He never takes 'advantage' of you no matter who you are. He is very dependable and we appreciate his promptness. I had read a previous review and agree wholeheartedly that we hope he 'never changes'. He is honest, reasonable, and does a good job - big or small! We feel so fortunate to have found him.
