BK Delivery Service, LLC

Brian provides top notch delivery service for anything you want to go anywhere you want in the local area. He has performed pickup and delivery services for my business on several locations. I run a lawn and garden equipment repair shop and he gets the equipment where it needs to be when I want it there. I have used BK Delivery in the past and will continue to use them in the future!

They did a very good job. BK Delivery Service is a very good company and they do their best to get your belongings in your house. I will use them again.

Things went horribly wrong. They didn't know how to move the couch properly and ended up tearing my couch in multiple places. He is responsible for replacing my couch, but won't accept liability. He makes you sign a paper that says he isn't liable if something happens. I made him come and get the couch. He turned it in to his insurance but nothing has been done to replace the couch. I just made a complaint to the attorney general and the bbb. I was referred to him by Big Lots. This just happened a week ago. I am writing this review because I don't want anyone to go through the same thing I did. I paid cash for my couch and paid for delivery, but I have nothing to show for it. I am out of $317.99. Now I have to file a court case with the magistrate's office. If you buy anything from Big Lots you have to haul it yourself. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

UPDATE: I am an older woman on disability. I hired BK Delivery to deliver a couch to my apt. I would never agree to pay someone $60 to bring a couch to my building and leave it. By the way, Big Lots is right around the corner from my apt building so he is charging an extremely unfair price. I didn't have anyone else to help me so I decided to trust him. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and he has stated that the couch I needed to file an insurance claim on was taken to the landfill. He told the BBB that I told him to get rid of the couch cause I didn't want it anymore. I have a copy of his response. What kind of businessperson would take a brand new couch and do something like this? I made this complaint because I am trying to spare someone the pain that I have gone through. Princeton, WV Big Lots is no longer using his delivery service because they are aware of the problem. My goal isn't to be spiteful, but to warn other consumers. I have an elderly mother that I wouldn't want to be treated this way. In fact, I don't want anyone else's mother to be treated this way. I believe that you should always treat other people the way you want to be treated. Are there any other agencies other than the attorney general that I can make a complaint to? I want to make sure he doesn't rip anybody else off by pretending to be a real business. I believe honesty is always the best policy.
