Construction Unlimited designed and oversaw the entire project. From day one of interior demolition to the finish details, the contractors either personnally performed the work or oversaw the sub-contractors involved in the drywalling, plumbing or electrical work being performed. If problems surfaced with any work or results, they immediately addressed the issues to our satisfaction. While the contractors intitially thought they would be doing most of the work themselves, additional work prevented that. However, for the most part the sub-contractors they utilized performed to their standards, and to our satisfaction. There were some instances of sub-contractor scheduling difficulties which caused delays, but considering the scope of the project they were relatively minor.
We would highly recommend Construction Unlimited for home remodel/addition projects or new construction.
