A 1 SEPTIC TANK CLEANING SVC

I called to have the septic cleaned out and was told they would be there that same day or the day after.  Finally settled on the day after.  I told them I had to leave around 4:30, but they never showed.  I called and was told they were backed up but they would get to me tomorrow around noon.  After having the dog locked up 4 1/2 hours and still no show, I called again and was told they got busy again.  They would be here the following Tuesday...which is today.  This morning I called to see if they were coming and both numbers give me a recording that the owner of this number is not accepting calls at this time.  Please try again later.

They could have called and let me know there was a delay  and definitely should be answering today.

Like the other member review, I've used them before and had no problem, but this time it has really been  a problem.  I need someone to rely on, so I won't be asking them back.

I have used A 1 septic before and had no problems. However, this time I called them to clean out my septic as before.The guy that came didn't even know which pipe to use-he had to ask me. Heck I didn't know. So he puts the hose on the wrong pipe and proceeds to suck rocks up out of the filter bed. So finally he attaches the hose to the correct pipe, turned the vacuum on and after about 5 minutes shuts it off again. I go outside to see why he had shut it off. He removed the hose from the septic, and spilled raw sewage in my yard!!! Then tells me his truck is full and he will have to come back to finish. Since I had done business with them before, I paid him. Yes, I know I shouldn't have. I waited and waited and he never returned to finish the job. Now I have to find someone to do the clean out that I have already paid them to do. I called them several times got a voice mail, left messages, but no return call. I trusted that man to come back and finish that job that I PAID for. This is a small town, people trust other people here because a handshake and a promise still go a long way. I am a single woman raising 4 foster children, we watch every dime, and now I have to pay twice for the same job. He could have at least called me back. Oh, he did use my water hose to squirt the raw sewage over the hill and threw a little lime on it to cover the smell. My children couldn't play in that area for several days. Thank God it rained.

P.S. In my job as a Realtor I sometime have to recommend people to my clients, I guarantee this company will not be one of them.
