had refilled at the same business over a year ago as the cushions were again mushy, not firm, which
was the reason I took them to be done in the first place. The owners
immediately saw that the wrong cushion material was used and offered to
redo them on the spot with the firmer material at no charge. I now have four firm seat cushions. The business owners stood by their work and were courteous throughout.
