The repairs went well. The dealership had my car for a five day period because of the need to blend the paint. The car was repaired as promised. You cannot even tell that the car had been damaged.
McClinton's arranged for a rental car for me. They took me to the rental agency to get the car.
All of the dealings with McClinton's went very smoothly.
Good job. Excellent place to deal with. The employees were wonderfu.

I began working with saleman, Larry Sulfridge in mid January of this year to find me a good vehicle that I could afford. He is the best! After looking at other lots, we were always drawn back to McClintion and Larry as the best place to buy a vehicle. They are so honest and knowledgable of what they do. They are very willing to pull up NAPA ratings of cars for you and even search autotrader to show you what a comparable car is selling for. The car I ended up buying is a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville. :) And when I took it for a test drive, the check engine light came on so even though I bought it on a Tuesday evening, Larry scheduled me to have the car serviced on Thursday, my next day off from work. I was very surprised at the nice waiting area while your car is looked at. Comfy chairs and couches, free coffee, a vending machine, big screen tv, and free wi-fi. My car was looked at and I was on my way in less than a half hour. The check engine light was due to an oxygen sensor, most likely triggered by the car being started and only moved a few feet, then turned off again (which happens a lot in a car lot). The light has not come on again and I haven't had any problems and I've owned my car now for 3 weeks. :-) I'm a very happy customer.

This is the 6th vehicle purchased. Salesman and entire staff very knowledgable.

I owned a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado which I took to McClinton's for routine maintenance. My last trip was in May of this year. The service representative came to the waiting room with several vials of fluids indicating that this was from my vehicle. After telling me that my truck needed a lot of work, he presented me with a long list of needed repairs with an estimate of $1,698.00 plus tax. I declined to have the work done and took the vehicle to a very reputable independent mechanic. He informed me that if he was to do all the work listed, using premium parts, the bill would be around $600,00. After a careful inspection of my vehicle, he serviced the front and rear differentials for under $100.00. That's a far cry from what McClinton's wanted to soak me for. I contacted McClinton upper management and they did apologize for the incident. However, if the same employees are in the service department of McClinton Chevrolet, I wouldn't take a wheelbarrow there for service.
