It is expensive, but I didn't find anyone which is reliable enough to switch. Every quarter we go there. Their quality is pretty good. It usually takes about one hour to complete the oil change. The waiting room is very congested. They have very small waiting rooms. They do a good job, the only thing is, it's expensive, but otherwise, all the other things are fine.

Initially, I was told that it would take 1 to 2 days to get an answer from the manufacturer. I called back several times over the course of a week and after a week I was told it could take up to a week for a conclusive answer from the manufacturer. After three weeks, I contacted the manufacturer directly about the warranty claim. Within a day, I had an answer back from the manufacturer that the claim was denied based upon the evaluation of the windshield crack from the dealership (dealership claimed that the windshield crack was caused by road debris).
I just had the windshield replaced by an auto glass installer. The auto glass installer could not find any evidence of road debris causing the crack.

The salesman was great. We had a little problem with the financing but we don't know if it was the girl's fault or the bank's. Overall we didn't have any problems.
