 + 0 moreI sued John Bailey in Magistrate court starting 1-2-14He was served by the sheriff on 2-4-14. He contacted me a few times after being served, but stopped communicating with me again in April 2014. I won a default judgement against John Bailey on 4-28-14 and once the 21 day appeal process is over I will start collection activities.
Description of Work: I paid John Bailey $1,500 to cut down 4 trees in September 2013. He never showed up to do the work.
