From start to finish, Drakes walked me through hail damage to my roof and getting a new metal roof . Marc, salesman, was so helpful and always answered all of my questions and always had time to help me. Highly recommend! ✔️

The company never contacted me. They are very busy, apparently.

I had roof repairs done mid March. I still had a leak and Drake’s roofer returned approx April 20th and determined unrepaired damage in different area was still attributing to SAME leaking area and would discuss with owner. I had paid $1400 for March repairs...which I “assumed” was to be a resolution of my roof leak. Drake’s owner NEVER returned my requests for information but told receptionist it was different damage. It is EXACTLY In the SAME LARGE LEAK AREA. I am retired claim processor for State Farm Insurance. I obviously tossed $1400 down the drain and have contacted a different roofer!!!!! Drake’s owner never gave me the courtesy of a reply or a revised repair estimate... I was only seeking a resolution of a bad roof leak.

I was very impressed with Drakes Construction and Restoration. They were very reasonable in price. Their crews arrived on time every day at 8AM. Their crew was very experienced and did a great job. I was also impressed with their office staff who assisted me with interactions with the insurance company. The owner, Brian, was on site several times and answered every question honestly. The job was done on time and error free with no cost overruns. I have already asked Drakes for quotes for two more projects. I highly recommend Drakes for any construction needs. They are honest, experienced, reasonably priced, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done on time, and error free.

The experience from beginning to end was above and beyond SUPERB!!!! From the owner to the office staff to the men that physically completed the job, everyone was polite, fun to be around, and the attention to detail was PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will highly recommend them to ANYONE who is inquiring for professionals to do work for their home. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!! And I will truly miss talking with and seeing them...until my next project.

Crews were very respectfull of our feeling, as well as our belongings and personal "Nick Nacks". Crews always had time to answer our questions and took pains to work around our day to day schedules. Crews maintained aprofessional attitude while showing a "Genuine Concern" for our needs and daily comforts. Crews also vere "Very" Pet oriented and were readily accepted by our Dogs(4) and Cat

After calling a number of times they sent Mr. Drake to give me an estimate.  Very professional.  Waited quite some time before work was started.  overall this job went well.  At this point I would have used this contractor again.  By the way this work was paid in full on day of completion. 

In 2014  I needed an 18' wall, with door and electrical work.  I called them 4 times over a period of three months.  Finally Mr. Drake came out and gave us the estimate.  After receiving his bid I called to set a date for work.  NO call back.  Called three times more, NO call back.

Starting in April of 2015 I called them to see if we could get this job set up.  NO call back.  Called again and told their operator that if they need to re-estimate job I understood.  NO call back.  Called again and ask to be called, if they didn't want to do work just call and let me know.  NO call back.

Still need this work done.

Called another one of your contactors and he didn't return my call.

Returned to the yellow pages today 6/23/15 and I will have a contactor hear in the morning.

The response time for coming to give me an estimate was great and the estimate was presented in a very professional way. But I have called multiple times, trying to get them to come out to do the work they gave me an estimate on to no avail.

They did some roofing repair and tore down a ceiling in our room and put in some new sheet rock on the ceiling.  Brian is very helpful and very thorough.  He has very detailed billing also that gives you the opportunity to really see what the is doing.  They do good work and are very professional.

Never show up when they're supposed to.  Threw away personal belongings after the fire and did not catalog them so I could claim them.  Had to go through trash bags to see what they were throwing away.  The general contractor refused to call or meet with me to go over what repairs were being done.  Had to get a copy of the quote from the insurance company.  After 6 months and the house is still not done, I complained to the insurance company.  Contractor responded by telling the project foreman not to answer my text messages about my concerns at the job site, thereby eliminating any communication from them at all.  No communication.  Inadequately staffed to get the job done.  Cannot meet deadlines.  Unresponsive to customer requests.  Asked them to remove debris that was strewn all around the house.  Never responded.  Tried to work around the garbage and got flat tires on our lawn mower and SUV from nails.  Finally, had to clean it up ourselves so we could mow the lawn.  Neighbors complaining about junk all over the yard.  Had to have someone come in and remove the metal which makes it look a little better, but the rest of the construction debris is still sitting on the side of house where we put it.  Ready to fire them to get someone to finish the job.

They are general contractors.  They do painting, drywall and anything that needs to be remodeled.  They do excellent work.  I like the fact that they are dependable and they do excellent work.  They do what they say they are going to do.  Any contractor I've ever dealt with, I wouldn't give anything more than a C on punctuality because they start one job and then they start another job and then another job and you get lost in the process.
