We packed most of our belongings but they packed a lot of our delicate items such as glass, china, etc. Rick and Jason took very good care of our items and they said they would be here at 8:30 and were finished by 2. They were just super! The estimate that Dallas gave us ended up being higher than what I paid which made us happy! We originally called the Poca office and they estimated it to be 12,000 pounds when we only had about 10,000. We knew we didn't have that much and it was almost like we had to barter to get them to come back down to a lower estimate. That is why we took off points for professionalism. The actual moving of our belongings was a great experience.
