They're very professional and very good. They treat me much better than my husband's car dealer treats him. It may be the type of car. I don't know. My car is a Mercedes. His is a Toyota. They give me a loaner car when I drop off my car and he doesn't get it. It's a huge dealership here. I can't remember what all they have now. Over the years they've gotten rid of some of the brands and sold them to a different dealer in town. I think they have Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Mercedes now. They've had Mercedes for years. We've bought several cars from them over the years. We've bought different brands. They used to have Isuzu dealership back when they had Isuzu. We bought those through them too. We've been going to them for a long time. I've never had a problem with any of the cars we've gotten from them.

It took about a week to get the piece to the shop and get it installed. They did provide me with another car while i was waiting. The staff treated me very well, the service manager is outstanding.

My husband stopped by the dealership. They looked at the missing piece. They then ordered it. It arrived a couple of days later.
The dealership called and scheduled an appointment for us. My husband took the truck to the dealership. The molding was installed quickly. He was in and out within 1/2 hour.

I have been using Astorg Motor Co for a couple years. I have had some issues with them in the past and the customer service took care of it and my car is under warranty so, I can take it back there. It didn't cost me anything because it's under warranty. I had some brake work done last time and I was charged extra for that.
