parts are a little pricey here but he does get you original stuff of good quality.

This was prompt 1 day service; our freezer went out and no one else could come fix it until Wed. (This was a Monday.)  Larry answered his cell (very cell-phone oriented so when he is out and about call the cell phone number his answering machine provides) and made time in his schedule to fix my freezer. Very impressive and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone needing freezer/refrigerator repair.

Our air conditioner started freezing up. I checked the filters and made sure the unit was draining well. I left a message for the appliance Dr and Larry promptly called me back. We discussed the problem and we both had agreed that it needed a recharge. Larry came out and checked over the system, found some small gasket problems and repaired them and added a small amount of refrigerant. This lasted about 3 weeks and it started freezing up again. This time we were able to track the leak to the A-Coil. Unfortunately this would be a MAJOR repair with other service providers and as you can see from the cost, I have a new A-Coil and a perfectly working air conditioner and I didn't go broke. Larry is a very kind gentleman and Christian man. I would recommend Larry to anyone with air conditioner or Appliance issues.

We have always been pleased with Larry McCune's services. He will work with you to repair your appliance to your satisfaction. When you call, he'll get back to you in a reasonable amount of time, and schedule the repair. The amount we've spent for each repair has been reasonable, and it depended on the repair itself (did he have to order parts? etc). We've called The Appliance Doctor for all of our repairs, for the last 10 years, and have always been happy with the service he provides.

We had a little trouble getting ahold of the Appliance Doctor and arranging a time for his service call. Once we were able to talk instead of leaving each other messages, the service call was prompt. He was able to make a quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem and was able to repair the dryer, all within a half hour.

They did a good job for us.

I used to use them regularly and they do an excellent job. I got a better price and it was lesser. The quality of work and responsiveness was excellent. He came out the same day. He was right there and he knew when he was supposed to be and he was professional.

I think his call fee is $58, but he is very fair about it. He is not yet finished with the job that he came in for today because he had to order a part. So, I don't know the price yet. He is extremely competent, very good, very reasonably priced and completely trustworthy. He is an excellent person to call. He is really competent and good at what he does. He also fixes what you need fixed. The price for the parts would be separate. He is someone who I call for everything. His responsiveness is very good. I would use his services in the future too. He has been our repair person for several years now and that's who I always call.

I called the afternoon before and I missed his call back, the next morning we connected and he came over within around an hour and a half and had our dryer up and running within an hr. We were very pleased.

We noticed a leak under our refrigerator and were able to connect it to when our ice maker fills with water. We shut off the water and called the Appliance Doctor. We left a message on the answering machine, and our call was returned the evening of the same day. He came the next day within a half hour of the appointment. The problem was not too difficult to solve, and I did lend a hand in moving things around.

Our ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working while we were on vacation and the fridge and freezer didn't seem to be as cold as they should be. I called in the morning and got a call back a couple of hours later. An appointment was scheduled for 5 p.m. the same day. He showed up promptly, checked out the fridge and freezer, told me what he thought hte problem was (low freon) and fixed it (recharged the freon). He did say he didn't know if it would be a permanent fix (my fridge is 13 years old), but that he thought that should take care of it. He said if it didn't work and the temperature wasn't cold enough to call him back. Also, he said if it starts getting less cool than it should be to give him a call and he could re-charge the freon -- and it would cost less because he wouldn't have to replace the tap the next time. I have ice again and everything is the temperature it should be. I would definitely recommend the Appliance Doctor. He is very nice, polite, personable and honest. He did the work quickly and efficiently.

He tested the heating element and it was good.he ended up replacing just a small part on it. he wanted to know why it went bad.he took the dryer vent screen and ran water over it.it was not running thru so he cleaned it up. i never realized dryer sheets can clog the vents. He could have replaced the whole heating element and charged me more and i wouldn't have known the difference.We need more honest men like the Appliance Dr.
