.After this visit I had some questions so I called them and they were very kind and took time to talk with me.  I followed up with my vet, he did have a reaction to the eye drops due to the medicine seeping into his incision due to the bite so I stopped giving it on the advice of my vet.  My regular vet ended up removing fluid from that eye and created a serum to alleviate the discomfort.  I wasn't  able to take him to OSU mainly due to a family medical emergency.  He is doing fine now, but unfortunately he is blind in that eye.  I was told by Animal Veterinary Emergency and my regular vet that if he seemed to experience pain in that eye that they could remove it, but he doesn't seem to be hurting.
