Eddy's crew very quickly solved our immediate problem and unclogged a blockage about 90' down into the main drain leading away from the house in approx. 30 min. That was very good.
But these gentlemen are drain clearers only - not plumbers. The crew could not determine the cause of the blockage or what I could do to prevent it from happening again. We'll have to work on that with a plumbing service.
