WARD PLUMBING,HEATING & COOLING

These guys saved us today! They came the same day we called and we so nice & excellent at their job! I will calling them with any future plumbing need!

Hooked the drain to my washer up wrong, when the washer drained water would come up through kitchen sink, the owner himself had to come out and fix it.

They came and added freon and left.  Well it was fine for a few days and then it wouldn't even blow air at all.  I called them back and told them that it had stop working.  They said that it probably had a leak and that it would need to be checked.  I said you didn't check a leak before you put in the freon and they answered no.  I said will there be an extra charge and they said yes.  I did not have them come back, but called someone else.  They found that the breaker had not been put back in correctly.  They pushed it back in place and the unit started run just fine.  So I was glad I did not pay another $400.00 to have them come back out just to push the breaker on the unit back in,  that they I am assuming had to remove to add the freon.

The service did not go very well.

I will never use him again.
Don't let them get away if damage is done, it will cost you more in the long run.

He crawled under the house in order to determine from where the water was leaking.  He quickly found the leak to be a seal on the water faucet extending from under the house.  He replace the faucet with a much better one that should not freeze and crack as the old one did.  He also estimated the cost for me to replace all the ancient galvanized pipe under the house.  I am definitely bringing him back before the summer is over in order to replace the water pipes.

They were very prompt and friendly. They were easy to get hold of and came out the same day. We would definitely use them again.
