Nothing went as he did not show up. We called and called but he did not answer and we are still waiting.

On morning of May 24 (Memorial Day Week End) I left a message on their
phone to contact me at their convenience for a kitchen remodel.  I was
surprised to get a call back the same day, being a Saturday.  I gave a
rough idea of what I needed and was told that  he would contact me the
following Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday afternoon to get directions to
my house to do an estimate.  I also told him that I cold not do any of
the work because I was a disabled veteran.
When no call came by Wednesday 6pm, I called them an left them a message
asking them to to at least call me and let me know if they were
interested or not, one way or other.  Needless to say they did not have
the courtesy to call.

I called and got an estimate.  The owner was very professional and curtious. He gave me a day and time his crew would arrive.  They were a few minutes late (15 minutes).  They were very appologtic.  I showed them where everything was and they went right to work. 

Everything was always yes maam or no maam.  They found a leak under my kitchen sink that I was unaware of and fixed it without charging me any extra.  I was impressed.

They ask if there was anything else around the house that I needed done while they were there. 

When all finished they cleaned up their mess and hauled everything away.

Day or so later, the owner called to check and see if everything was working properly.
