Purchased a new front loading washing machine in 2007 from Wayside Furniture in New Martinsville, West Virginia, also purchased the extended warranty Washer quit working on Saturday (4/10/10). i called the service department at Wayside Furniture and was told by service department that they were busy and would have to call me back. Never called. On Monday I called the service department back and was told that I had to call the place where the extended warranty was thru. Called the extended warranty dealer, gave them the information on the washer and was told that the service department at Wayside Furniture would be contacted and that they should be calling me to set up a time to come out and repair the washer. Never received a call. On Tuesday, I called Wayside's service department again and was told that they would have to call me back to set up a time to come fix the washer. Wayside called me back later that day and said they would be out Thursday morning. Then on Wednesday I got a call from Wayside again saying their technician was busy on Thursday and would now be out on Friday morning. Technician called me on Friday, I left work and met him at my house. After approximately a half hour, the technician told me that he had brought the wrong part with him. He did call and order the correct part, but it would not be in until Monday or Tuesday and he would call to set up a time to come out and fix the washer.
