We rate Edward Construction a 10 out of 10! They did an amazing job! They did two projects for us. #1. Shingle roof. Our roof was completely finished in two days (day one..old shingles off and underlayment applied; day two.... applied new asphalt shingles with all the necessities (flashing, drip edge, rubberized ice/water shield, vents, etc.) and clean up. Looks great with NO LEAKS! #2. Front porch. They replaced the old railing with new white vinyl (railing, balusters, post) They replaced the outdoor carpet with new composite deck boards. We are very pleased! Trust me, I know it's hard to find a reliable construction company for projects like this, but I highly recommend Edwards Co!

We were very pleased with the service we received. We had our vinyl power washed, including some rust stains, our patio power washed and several areas of damaged vinyl replaced. Shannon had great solutions and advice. The service was timely and everything was done as promised. I am amazed at how white and bright the patio now is, and the clean siding makes our house feel almost new!

We are extremely happy with Jimmy's work. In addition to doing a great job, he is also very friendly and personable. He and his crew worked tirelessly in extreme heat to get us back into our home as quickly as possible (since we had to vacate our home during the mold removal). We are back in our house now and it looks beautiful!! We would definitely highly recommend Hard Surface Renovations and will definitely call on them again if we have future home improvement needs!
