I am extremely upset with the job. They are very unresponsive. They will not come and see the problem. No phone calls no nothing. They won't look at it or anything. When I have to clean these windows, I cannot. I don't know what they did to these windows. They fixed the windows that are closer to the ground but my windows that are 13ft off the ground are not working correctly. At my age I need a window I can clean from inside. I bought the windows thinking that it would be easy to clean. I gave them all this time to come out and fix the window.
