I called for a car inspection appointment close to the end of the month, fully expecting to have to wait a week. They told me to bring it down later that day. When I got there, they were busy, but did my inspection on time. I also asked if they could look at my A/C since it wasn't working, and they did so right away. I got the part I needed and made an appointment for a week later, dropped the car off in the morning, and picked it up later that day ( I live close). I am very happy with the service I received, I felt like they wanted me as a customer. They are going to be my new "go to".
