Electrical Service
He finished everything upstairs and then never came back to do down stairs. He installed temporary electric in the basement and the box actually burnt. There are loose wires hanging with lights on them. He removed panels in the basement leaving exposed nails which have cut me twice. I have attempted to contact him a number of times with no response.
