badly!!!

They don't communicate.  I paid them to design my kitchen,  they put a cabinet above my stove  that would not allow a soup pot to be stirred.  Then told me< I signed off on it.  I had to pay for another cabinet.  They called and  had no work for there guys and wanted to put in recess lighting, we agreed and they went to Lowes and picked up the materials.  They charged us double for the lights, plus tax double, plus the wages for 2 guys to go pick it up. We are talking less then 10 lights.    After complaining thats when things begain to go bad.   Make sure if you do use them you put everything in writing (each detail).  My kitchen, very simple took them  3 months to complete and they asked for money before it was done.  The toe kick at the bottom of my cabinets go from 4 1/2 inches to less then 2 inches  making it very difficult for base board. They were rude and unconcerned I had no kitchen for Thanksgiving or Christmas.  There work ethic was they come one day and won't even tell you when they are coming back.  My doors were warped and they told me that never happens but the top would hit and the bottom would not.  They change the use of a cabinet from a spice rack to a shelved cabinet and again told us thats what we wanted.  I ordered a key cabinet and never got it.  The crown molding around the  ceiling had burn marks in it, it did not even match up at corners.  I was told our ceiling was off, but they suggested we put it up, they came and looked at it and suggested it would make my kitchn look much better.  It looks bad.  The amount of money we paid them, the amount of stress they caused and the unprofessional actions, I would never let them come near my home again.
