Animal Grooming
We stopped visiting this groomer because the haircut was inconsistent. One time we would love the cut, the next time, it was totally different, even though they kept cards describing what they did last time.

"I'm very sorry you found our services inconsistent. We do recommend that you request a specific groomer if you prefer a certain groomer. As with human hairdressers, groomers have their own style, techniques and approach to grooming. Even though we take notes and comments on your customer card, sometimes it is difficult to "recreate" another persons cut. Again, we very much apologize."

Animal Grooming
The owner actually came in early to groom my two dogs since he knew my schedule was so busy.
I am so grateful that their are business owners that still want to take care of their customers.
I would recommend this groomer, they take really good care of your animals.
I felt really comfortable leaving my dogs with them.
