I hired Swager General Contracting to convert one of my downstairs rooms into a new bedroom and bathroom. After accepting their competitive bid (and after reading positive reviews here on Angie’s List), they added me to their schedule and were at work within a month. From the start, Ray and his son, Eric, were very professional. They arrived on time and were very conscientious about keeping disruptions to a minimum. They partitioned the room, installed a new walk-in bathtub, toilet and vanity all within three weeks. Ray managed the subcontractors for the electrical and plumbing work efficiently and I am very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Ray and Eric to anyone needing a contractor they can depend on to do high quality work at reasonable prices.

I worked with them as a Kitchen and Bath designer on several projects.
I was hired by the homeowners, I did not work for Swager construction.
The quality of their work was always top notch.
Excellent carpentry skills, as well as tile work.
Very professional and pleasant to work with.
The construction site was well organized.

They were super. I would recommend them to everyone. They do very nice work. We also had them 2 years ago, they renovated 2 bathrooms, and it was the same experience. They are very good to work with
