it went fine overall; except for lack of communication, not being informed when they would be late....work was completed and the cost was only $200.00....

After approximately 20 minutes of searching for the leak, they did not find one.

They were on-time, extremely polite, extremely efficient, very reasonably priced, and did a good job for us. We are glad to find someone we could call when things are not going so well.

The work went well. He couldn't make it to the first agreed upon time. He was late to the second agreed upon time, but my wife and I were ok with this, especially after the good work.
We would hire suburban again.

I just liked the young man that came and did the work. I actually recommended him to my neighbors because they were having the same problems. He does a great job.

early in the morning i discovered that i had NO water; so after checking around i found what seemed like a huge leak under my house (in the crawl space) and already leaking into my basement...after shutting off the water i called around and checked angie's list for a GOOD company to come out to make repairs......i called suburban plumbing and heating and was told they would be here within the hour...and they were! the young man, david, came in and went straight into the crawl space, found the leak, had to go get right material to repair the line (i have a very old house),returned and went right to work to making the repair. david was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. he explained what the problem was, what he needed to do to fix it, and got it done right away...when i received the bill i was even more surprised...it was a lot less than i had expected....will definitely call them again if i need more work done and recommend them to everyone i know.
