Motorcycle Service
Frank in service and his team are really good. I trust them and will be getting my service done there while under warranty.
I would give all "A's" to the dealership, but had a bit of trouble buying two different bikes there. The dealership gets very busy in the summer, but that is a good thing. So if you are thinking of buying a bike or ATV, I suggest going during the week early in the day.
Don't pay too much attention to my ratings per category. Overall the service is really good, I just should have had more patience when trying to buy a bike there.

Service many metric bikes. Very nice guys and I was in and out in no time. Very capable staff and promptly called when my parts arrived. I will return here for service, parts and accessories.

Motorcycle Service
I purchased my Honda Metropolitan scooter in Uniontown, PA, and since I have residence in Morgantown, WV, I needed to have the scooter plated in West Virginia. The Honda dealer in Uniontown was unable to assist, so I called Morgantown Powersports and spoke with Carolyn. She told me what I needed from the Uniontown dealer, and I obtained what I thought I needed. I went to the WV DMV to obtain my plate on Friday, July 29, but to no avail. They said I did not have the proper documentation. Since I was already in Morgantown, I stopped into Morgantown Powersports to visit Carolyn for additional assistance. She took almost one hour out of her busy day (she was doing her job and the job of another person who had recently left the company after 12 years) to help me with my dilemma. She called the Uniontown dealer, spoke with them, then called the DMV in Charleston, WV to see if they had record of receiving my title work. They did, she received a title number, and off I went to the DMV again to get my license plate. After 5 minutes at the counter there, I had my new plate in hand. I am so pleased to have had the opportunity of meeting Carolyn in person. She is amazing, knows her stuff, and I would not hesitate going there again and sending referrals her way. Kudos to Carolyn!
