Maid Meticulous, LLC

I spoke with owner whom told me she would come over with the employee and show her what needed to be done. She never showed up with her employee. I welcomed the cleaner and told her where the drinks were and pasta if she got hungry. I told her what we (the owner and I) discussed (move in/out cleaning which was an August special). So she Showed up at 9:30am and said she was done at 12:20pm (4,000sq from house). I was told that all cabinets would be wiped inside and out, refrigerated would be cleaned inside and out, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms cleaned, window seals and banister cleaned, light switches wiped down and fans dusted. I asked the owner to call me and got no response. I asked the employee to call her boss and she said she was busy. I went around and pointed out all the things she missed (cabinets not wiped, refrigerator not cleaned, etc). I asked for a Clorox wipe to clean countertop myself and was told she didnâ t have any. I also asked if the fans were going to be done and I was told she didnâ t bring dusters to do the fans. Never did she say I can go get the supplies and return. After pointing out what she again missed I asked for a rag (remember I have nothing in the house as it has been sitting empty for sale) and started wiping the banister and cob webs off. I then asked her if she was going to vacuum the bedroom downstairs. She went to vacuum and I looked in panty and say that she didnâ t clean. At this point I was frustrated and when she came back upstairs I told her to leave. I continued to inbox the owner sent pics. Finally at 3 something I received a response. I have all the messages in my phone. She told me I didnâ t let her employee finish. (No she told me she was done at 12:20pm and had her go back wipe cabinets and etc. Then the owner said I harassed her employee! Are you kidding me? (I offered her something to eat and drink, does that sound like harassment). I was told if I didnâ t pay she would put a lien on my home. Still not professional enough to pick up a phone and call someone. I was told that I was trying to get out of paying. Absolutely not true!!! I want to pay for the service that I was priced for. This was a rip off and I do NOT recommend this company!!!

Maid Meticulous was on time, very thorough, with there cleaning, the owner and cleaning specialist were very custom service oriented!
