Working with this company has truly been a nightmare. In the year I used this company I had over 15 different Maids clean my house. The lack of consistency, follow through, accountability, and customer service is truly striking. Service issues were a chronic and ongoing problem with this agency from day one. I continued to try and work with Maid for Today despite the inconsistent provision of services but I finally gave up. The lack of professionalism of the owner was profound.
